Children’s Ministry
We deeply value the children and young families at our church, and work diligently to create and provide relevant programming to meet their unique needs. Weekly Sunday School programming, intergenerational service planning and special events such as vacation bible school are all a part of the investment St. Albert United Church makes on behalf of the youngest members of our congregation.
Sunday School updates
Register for Sunday School Series 2:
People of Hope
This year, we are trying something a little different with Sunday School: we are presenting our planning as a SERIES, so that your family can plan to be involved for an entire theme!
Our plan is to release each series a month prior to starting, to give your family time to plan and get excited! You will receive an email when each series registration link is live. Registering will help us to purchase supplies and be ready for the incoming group!
Our next series is called People of Hope - 6 weeks of exploring the season of Advent and preparing our hearts for Christmas! Our work together will include exploring the Christmas story through scripture, and preparing a presentation for the Advent candle lighting in church each week. As well, each participant will make an Advent wreath to use at home through this exciting season.
Joining People of Hope is easy - just register children in your family (Kindergarten to Grade 5) here on the website and add these dates to your calendar! We can’t wait for you to join us!
